Having relocated to this beautiful area in 2019 with my wife Hannah and daughter, we quickly fell in love with its charm, warmth, and sense of community. It didn't take long for us to realize that amidst the beauty of our surroundings, there was a growing need for reliable and high-quality handyman services.
I was raised in a small rural town with both parents and a younger sister.  My father Ron was a devoted Christian and master carpenter of 50 years and loved woodworking.  We spent a lot of time in our basement that we converted into a woodworking shop, instilling in me biblical principles and teaching me about carpentry and all I needed to know. We spent the majority of our time building projects and remodeling/ renovating our 1890's home, from minor repairs to major alterations. From growing up with my dad being a Master carpenter/ woodworker and living in a rural area I quickly picked up the same passions.  I have since worked with top remodel/ Construction and installation companies over the years. Since my father's passing in April of 2016, I felt the need to stick with the skilled trades Industry. I knew I eventually wanted to start my own business and follow in his steps and to be able to build a business and reputation I can hand down to my own son.  In 2019 that dream became a reality when I opened Poe's Handyman Services and in 2023 my son was born. My goal is to glorify God while building a reliable, trusted, and professional business that I can one day pass down to him.
